Does it work with Tilda, WordPress or my own website?
Yes. Nimpo works on any website where you can add your own code, including Tilda, WordPress and custom-built sites. Paste one snippet right before the closing body tag, and Nimpo tells you as soon as it detects the widget.
How does the AI assistant learn about my business?
It scans the pages of your website, and you can add notes about delivery, returns or anything else. It then suggests replies to your operators and answers visitors on its own when nobody is online. The AI assistant is included in every plan: 50 replies a month on Free, 500 on Start and 3,000 on Business.
Can I connect Bitrix24 or amoCRM?
