The platform was founded in 2024 by a team of entrepreneurs in Tashkent who recognized the growing challenge small businesses face: providing fast customer support without expensive tools or dedicated support teams. They set out to create a platform that would help businesses answer customer questions instantly using the messaging app they already use every day.

The founding team of Nimpo had extensive experience running online businesses, and they understood the frustration of juggling multiple dashboards and missing customer messages. They leveraged this experience to create a platform that was both powerful and simple to use. They designed Nimpo to eliminate the need for complex helpdesk software, expensive per-seat pricing, and hours of team training. The platform connects any website to Telegram with a single line of code, allowing businesses to manage customer conversations without leaving the app they already live in.
