Does the AI answer questions automatically or do I still need to reply?
Both! The AI can answer common questions automatically using your website’s content – like pricing, hours, or product details. For complex questions or when customers want human help, the chat routes to your team in Telegram for personal responses.
Can multiple team members answer chats at the same time?
Yes. You can add unlimited operators (based on your plan), and chats automatically distribute to available team members. When someone claims a chat, others see it’s taken. You can also transfer conversations between operators or collaborate with internal notes.
What happens to messages when my team is offline?
Visitors can still send messages, and they’re queued for when you’re back online. You can also set up automatic offline messages like “We’re currently away but will respond within 2 hours” to manage expectations and maintain professionalism.

Is my customer data secure and private?

How does pricing work? Do you charge per chat or per operator?
We charge per workspace, not per chat or message. Each plan includes a set number of operator seats and unlimited chats. No surprise usage fees – whether you get 10 chats or 10,000 chats per month, your price stays the same.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan anytime through the Telegram Mini App. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your service continues until the end of your current billing period with full access to all features. After that, the widget stops appearing on your website and you lose access to the workspace. You can export your chat history before cancellation.
